Registration Fees for the Congress are:

ISUCRS Member: $400
Visiting Surgeon: $550
Resident/Fellow: $250

Registration Fees Include: Admittance to the scientific session from Sunday through Wednesday, (1) ticket to the Welcome Reception, (1) ticket to the Gala Dinner, (1) ticket to the afternoon Seal Tour, continental breakfasts and breaks.

Saturday courses require a separate fee.

Payment must accompany registration form. Meeting registration is available in advance of the meeting through September 5, 2008. After September 5, 2008, attendees must register on-site. On-site registration is subject to an additional charge of $100.
